Thanks very much, I enjoyed the stay and would happily go back again. I stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was modern, with unbeatable and excellent location short walk to great tapas bars and restaurants, a train station and the west beach.

We had a very comfortable stay at Welcome Gros. The check-in process was smooth and the staff spoke English well, making communication easy. The location was ideal, with the hotel being close to both the train station and the city center. We could easily explore the city on foot and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the curtains provided a dark and peaceful sleep. We also appreciated the mini-fridge in the room and the complimentary coffee and tea until 9 p.m. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

The facilities, and size of the apartment were perfect - much better than expected. The location was absolutely ideal - only a 15 minute walk to both beaches and about a 10 minute walk to the old town and the bars and restaurants.

Staff are unpolite and could not be trusted.

Convenient location near bus and train stations. 5 min walk to Zurriola Beach, 10-15 min to La Concha Beach. Small, well-maintained room with quiet courtyard view. Nice bathroom with good shower. Easy check-in with access codes and helpful staff. Free coffee in lobby.

The apartment was well appointed and main bedroom and bathroom of a good standard. An easy walk from the old town.

The second bedroom too small for twin beds, and second bathroom cramped.

The property was in the heart of the city.

We enjoyed the location, within a short walk to everything we wanted to do in San Sebastian, including close to the station. The apartmnet was very clean and modern and was well equipped to cook and entertain. The staff were helpful and friendly.

It would have been more easily accessible if we had received 2 room keys.

The staff were excellent, giving useful tips and being welcoming. The location was great, close to the beach and historic center, with nice cafes and bars nearby. The hotel was simple, clean, and comfortable, suitable for shorter stays.

Can't fault the property in any way.

A very pleasant, comfortable, very quiet and private apartment overlooking an inner courtyard. The room was fully serviced every day so it was just like being in a hotel suite with a separate bedroom and cooking/eating facilities. Everything was clean and brand new. The room had air conditioning but we didn't need it.

The 'fully equipped kitchen' did, indeed have most of what you need, including a small washing machine! For UK visitors, it was a surprise not to have a kettle. And, as ever, you need to be inventive as to where you hang your beach towels etc. to dry!

Superior queen room with comfortable bed. What an extremely helpful staff!
